Gibraltar manages two private investment funds. These funds are exclusively open to Gibraltar clients and offer a wide mandate to participate in all types of investments. Currently, both funds invest in a wide variety of real estate properties.
GCM Opportunities Fund I, LLC is closed to new investors and includes majority ownership of three local apartment complexes, commercial office buildings, a daycare facility, and projects in Northwest Arkansas.
GCM Opportunities Fund II, LLC is closed to new investors. Its investments include several apartment complexes, rental properties, and an Arkansas independent living facility.
Although the majority of these investments are real estate, Gibraltar looks forward to new opportunities to expand the alternative investment portfolio.
